Policies for non-separation anxiety training services:

PAYMENT POLICY. Payment is due in advance at the time of booking any consultation, session or package. Fees are subject to change without notice at any time prior to purchase. Current fees are described on Janice Z Dog Training’s website. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sessions in a package must be completed within 60 days from the date the package is purchased. Expired sessions that are not used in these timeframes are deemed to be forfeited, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY. You may reschedule any consultation or session by selecting a different appointment using the “Reschedule Appointment” button in the applicable email confirmation at least 48 hours before the date and time of the scheduled appointment.

If you notify Janice Z Dog Training with less than 48 hours advance notice, or are not present at the scheduled time, the consultation or session is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable. In the case of a package, the forfeited session will count as one session for that package.

Policies for group class training services:

PAYMENT POLICY. Payment is due in advance at the time of booking any consultation, session or package. Fees are subject to change without notice at any time prior to purchase. Current fees are described on Janice Z Dog Training’s website. Group class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Sessions that are not used in the timeframe of the class in question are deemed to be forfeited, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY. Janice Z Dog Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule group class lessons due to weather, illness, or other extenuating circumstances outside of the control of Janice Z Dog Training.

If deemed necessary for the safety and productive learning of all class participants Janice Z Dog Training reserves the right to ask you and your dog to leave class. Examples of unacceptable dog behavior include but are not limited to aggressive behavior, excessive disruptive barking, and unhealthy fear that cannot be appropriately mitigated in a class setting. If you or your dog is asked by us to leave we will offer to make arrangements for private training and apply a credit of the fees paid for group classes not attended towards the fees for private training. Fees will not be refunded.

We cannot offer make-up sessions for or reschedule missed group classes. Fees paid for group classes that are missed are not refundable.

LEARNING OUTCOMES.

You understand and agree that Janice Z Dog Training makes NO GUARANTEE, PROMISE, OR REPRESENTATION, express or implied, that your desired learning outcomes will be achieved by participating in the Webinar. You agree that all fees paid to Janice Z Dog Training are fully-earned and non-refundable, and are in no respect contingent on your level of satisfaction with the results.

You may reschedule the Initial Assessment by selecting a different appointment using the "Reschedule Appointment" button in the applicable email confirmation at least 48 hours before the date and time of the scheduled appointment. If you notify Janice Z Dog Training with less than 48 hours advance notice, or are not present at the scheduled time, the Initial Assessment is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable.

You may reschedule no more than one Re-Assessment during a Training Program by notifying Janice Z Dog Training at least 7 days before the date and time of the scheduled appointment. Due to the structured weekly nature of a Training Program, dates and times for reschedules must be within the relevant weekly timeframe and are subject to limited availability, to be determined by Janice Z Dog Training in its sole discretion. If you notify Janice Z Dog Training with less than 7 days advance notice, or do not accept the reschedule availability offered by Janice Z Dog Training, or if you or the Dog is not present at the time of the scheduled appointment, the Re-Assessment is deemed to be forfeited. A forfeited Re-Assessment may also result in forfeited Missions for the week. Any forfeited Re-Assessments or Missions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
